Nothing But Rock tomorrow
Glass Ceiling Music hosts Nothing But Rock every Thursday on the same dance floor where cowboys and cowgirls twirl about smartly on the weekends — McCabe’s American Music Café.
Set to kick off the music series tomorrow night are Society Says, Big Fat Alice, Ideophone and Crackpot Junkies. These bands runs tighter than a dry county.
KGRG 89.9FM will do live remotes.

We just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone involved in the last couple days in lives of The Get Nice. We played our very first show at McCabe's on Thursday, and next thing we know we got Friday night booked at Maggie O'Toole's; and already many whispers of more gigs to come this summer. We were hoping we'd play well on Thursday night, but we had no idea we'd have the amazing times we've had since then.
Huge Thanks go to the following people in no particular order:
Sovann, Joel, Bill and Scotty of Raylazer; Randy, Tom, Jason & Jeff of Mom's Rocket; Terry, Brian, Josh, Ryno & Alex of ManAlive; All at McCabe's American Music Club; Ike, Travis & Jonathan of Glass Ceiling Music; Eric of MTO Management; Billy & all at Maggie O'Toole's; and of course all of our wives, friends & families - many of whom came out two nights in a row to support us! (Ya Superfans!!) We couldn't have done any of this without you and we're very grateful for all the support, praise, & good vibes.
We'll definitely be out again as soon as possible. Watch our MySpace page and your Bulletins section for all Get Nice news and gig announcements.

Glassroots Festival thanks Glass Ceiling Music!!
The sound guys from Glass Ceiling Music performed miracles under extraordinary circumstances yesterday at Glassroots Festival. Their equipment never failed despite all that rain and they never got testy or grouchy at all the whole time. They weren't just doing sound - and it was great sound all day long - they were also RECORDING the entire show so we can make a Glassroots compilation CD again. Totally Heroic!
Thank you for your great attitude, great sound and all the extra tents you brought to shelter our spectators!
You rock!

Thank you very much for the kind words. Without support from the local community this documentary could have never come to fruition. It is very refreshing to see people come together and help promote something that everyone had a part of.
Thank you very much
